The WOW Button experience

The WOW Button is a collectible desktop accessory that plays 14 distinct surprised and flabbergasted sound effects when its top is pressed. It is designed for collectors and anyone who wants an audible way to mark exciting moments at a desk, in a dorm or on a shelf. Bright orange graphics and a glossy gift box make it a presentable novelty item.

Audio performance and power

Pressing the button triggers clear, crisp and loud audio recorded by voice actors, filling a room with sound. The unit ships with premium batteries installed so it works immediately without external power or setup. No volume control or rechargeable option is described in the specifications.

Build and daily use

Hand-designed white and orange graphics give the button a glossy, colourful finish suited to display on any flat surface. The product is a standalone piece, though the manufacturer notes that pairing it with other Awesome Buttons models creates combined sound effects. A collector sticker is included in the box.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the WOW Button and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Insert the included premium batteries into the compartment on the base, ensuring correct polarity alignment. The step people get wrong is reversing the battery orientation, which prevents the 14 sounds from playing.

What maintenance will the WOW Button need over time?

Replace the premium batteries when the audio volume drops or the 14 sounds become distorted. No other maintenance is required for the button mechanism or the hand-designed orange graphics.

What limits the WOW Button during repeated use at a lively event?

The 14 pre-recorded sounds will repeat in sequence, so extended pressing cycles through the same audio clips rather than generating new ones.
