25G SFP28 Active Optical Cable

This Axiom cable provides a 25 Gbps direct-attach link using SFP28 connectors on both ends. The active optical design supports a 10 metre reach without the bulk or signal loss of copper assemblies. It is built for Cisco-compatible 25GBASE-AOC ports in data-centre and enterprise switches.

Replaces short-reach copper DACs

Choose this cable when the rack layout exceeds the passive copper distance limit or when electromagnetic immunity is required. It is not suited for links longer than the specified 10 metre span or for single-mode fibre infrastructure that demands different transceivers.
