Fiber Optic Cable for Network Devices

The Axiom multi-mode fiber cable connects network equipment using LC male connectors on one end and SC male connectors on the other. It uses a 50/125 µm core and cladding diameter with an OM2 rating. The orange jacket is riser-rated and measures 90 metres or 295.28 feet. It is sold new with a lifetime limited warranty.

Installers Running LC to SC Links

This cable suits technicians who need a factory-terminated duplex patch cord to join LC and SC ports on switches, patch panels or media converters. It is not for buyers who require single-mode fiber, different connector types such as ST or MTP, or a length other than 90 metres.

50/125 µm Multi-Mode Core Specification

The 50 micron core and 125 micron cladding define the OM2 multi-mode performance envelope for this assembly. Matching this specification to the networking hardware determines whether the link will operate as intended.

The box contains only the terminated fiber cable; protective caps and cleaning supplies are sold separately.
