CUPC-Certified Hair Traps for 1.5" Drains

This set of four CUPC-certified hair traps fits standard 1.5" drain pipes on salon shampoo bowls and everyday sinks. Each unit captures hair and debris before they enter the plumbing. Installation and routine cleaning are straightforward, keeping drains flowing without specialised tools.

Sustained Flow Under Heavy Salon Use

During continuous shampooing the traps maintain drainage by collecting large volumes of hair without clogging the inlet or outlet. The durable construction resists deformation from hot water and chemical exposure, so performance stays consistent across repeated daily cycles rather than degrading after a single busy period.

Questions about this item

Does the trap add any noise or heat when the salon shampoo bowl runs all day?

No, the hair trap is a passive fitting with no moving parts, so it adds no noise or heat during continuous use.

What must already be in place for the CUPC hair trap to install and work?

A standard 1.5" drain pipe inlet and outlet on the shampoo bowl or sink is required for the trap to fit and function.
