B+W 77mm Black Mist 1/4 Diffusion Filter

The B+W 77mm Black Mist 1/4 MRC Nano filter adds a subtle halation to highlights and gently lifts shadows for a cinematic look. It threads onto any lens with a 77mm front diameter and suits photographers or filmmakers who want in-camera glow without heavy post work. The 1/4 strength keeps contrast readable while softening digital edge.

Multi-resistant nano coating eases cleaning

The MRC Nano layer repels water, oil and dust so fingerprints wipe off quickly during long shooting days. Brass filter ring resists binding and threads smoothly onto the lens, while the slim profile prevents vignetting on wide-angle glass. Photographers needing stronger bloom or different thread sizes will need another filter.
