Compact 2.5 Gallon Touchless Bin Trio

This three-pack of white Baldwin trash cans uses infrared motion sensors to open the lid without contact. Each 2.5 gallon unit suits bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, dorm rooms, RVs and campers. The slim profile fits gaps as narrow as 6.1 inches wide. Durable ABS plastic construction resists daily wear.

Check Power and Space Before Buying

Two AA batteries per can are required and are not supplied in the pack. Verify you have six batteries ready before installation. Confirm the 6.1" W × 12.2" L × 16.5" H footprint clears your intended spot. Ensure a standard kitchen bag fits the 2.5 gallon interior. The IPX5 rating allows bathroom placement but not submersion.

Sensor-Driven Operation With Low Heat

The infrared sensor activates the lid within .3 second and holds it open while motion remains in range. The lid closes automatically after five seconds of inactivity. Motor load is minimal so the unit runs cool and quiet during normal use. Battery drain is limited to brief lid cycles. Removable legs simplify cleaning without tools.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what do I need to buy separately?

The pack contains three white 2.5 gallon touchless trash cans with removable legs and infrared sensors. Two AA batteries per can are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which capacity should I choose from the options listed?

This pack provides three cans each at 2.5 gallons (10 L). The alternative listings show 2.3 gallon (9 L) models with fixed short legs, so choose this pack if you need the larger capacity and detachable raised legs.

How fast does the lid react and how long does it stay open in daily use?

The infrared sensor opens the lid within .3 second when it detects a hand or knee. The lid remains open while movement stays in range and closes automatically five seconds after no motion is detected.
