Dual-mode desk lamp

The Baldwin 302SAS is a 16.6 inch monitor light bar that combines a glare-free front light with an RGB backlight. It is designed for anyone who works, studies or games at a desk and wants both task illumination and ambient colour without extra clutter. The fixture mounts to the top of a screen and draws power from a USB connection.

Capacity and headroom

The front light offers three colour temperatures for reading or focused work, while the rear RGB section provides nine selectable effects for atmosphere. A 45 degree beam angle keeps light on the desk and off the eyes, reducing strain during long sessions. Both channels are dimmable and remember the last setting used, but the unit only delivers five watts total, so it supplements rather than replaces a room light.

110 volt USB power

This model runs on 110 volt input through its USB cable, making it compatible with standard wall adapters, monitor ports or power banks. The plastic housing is finished in black and rated for indoor use only. No additional mounting hardware or drivers are required.

Questions about this item

Will the 16.6 inch light bar fit on my older monitor with a thick bezel?

The bar clamps onto the top edge and its 45 degree beam angle keeps light on the desk, not in your eyes, so it works with most bezel thicknesses.

How do I know the front light is set to the right colour temperature for reading?

Press the front-light button to cycle through the three colour temperatures; the smart memory recalls your last choice each time you power on.

Does the package include a USB power adapter or only the light bar and cable?

The box contains the light bar with integrated cable and a mounting clip; a USB power adapter is not included and must be purchased separately.
