Baldwin 78in Fluorescent Lamp Sleeve

This Baldwin sleeve measures 78 inches and carries UL Listed and CSA Certified ratings. It fits out-opening narrow-stile storefront doors and provides a warm white colour temperature of 2700 kelvin for general lighting use.

Installers retrofitting storefront entrances

The sleeve suits contractors replacing lamps in compatible narrow-stile frames. It will not work for installers who need a different length, a different colour temperature, or a sleeve designed for in-swing or wide-stile door systems.

UL Listed and CSA Certified safety rating

The dual certification confirms the product meets recognised North American safety standards for fluorescent lamp sleeves. Buyers requiring this approval can proceed; those needing a non-certified alternative should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the 78in fluorescent lamp sleeve come with the lamp itself or is that bought separately?

The sleeve is sold as a single accessory; the fluorescent lamp is not included and must be purchased separately.

Which colour temperature should I pick for a warm white glow?

Choose the 2700K option for a warm white light; other available temperatures are 3000K, 4000K and 6000K.

What does the 180° beam angle mean once the sleeve is installed on a store-front door?

The 180° beam angle distributes light over a broad horizontal plane, giving even illumination across the doorway glass.
