Questions about this item

What does the 640 LED count mean for the light output on a TV?

Each 6.56 ft strip holds 320 LEDs per metre, so the two strips together place 640 LEDs along the total length, producing a continuous, spot-free glow behind the screen.

How does the 5 V USB interface limit the power draw?

The strips need a USB port that can supply at least 2 A; the total rating is 18 watts, so a standard 5 V / 2 A port runs them at full brightness.

What space is needed to mount the 8 mm wide strips?

The flexible PCB is only 8 mm wide and can be cut at marked lines, letting it tuck behind a TV, under a cabinet or along any clean, dry surface.
