Tall corner lamp for living spaces

The Baldwin F140 is a 66 inch tall floor lamp finished in matte black powder coat. Its slim 8.66 inch base slides behind sofas or into tight corners without dominating the floor plan. The downward-facing bowl shade reflects light off its inner surface to produce soft, glare-free ambient illumination for reading or relaxing.

E26 socket limits bulb choice and output

The fixture accepts standard E26 base bulbs up to 60 watts, so brightness and colour temperature depend entirely on the lamp you install. No smart functions are built in; voice or app control requires a separate smart bulb or smart plug. The foot switch on the cord provides the only on/off control included.

60 watt ceiling caps usable brightness

A single 60 watt bulb delivers enough light for a reading nook or accent corner but will not illuminate a whole room. The reflective shade directs most output downward, creating a focused pool rather than broad coverage. Buyers who want more storage or whole-room brightness should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Which version of the Baldwin F140 floor lamp should I choose?

The F140 is offered as a single 66-inch black model with a weighted 8.66-inch base and downward-facing metal shade. There are no alternative finishes, heights or shade styles in this listing.

What does the 60-watt rating mean for everyday use?

The fixture accepts standard E26 bulbs up to 60 watts, so you can install an LED equivalent that delivers bright, warm light while drawing far less power.

How does the foot switch work with smart plugs or smart bulbs?

The built-in foot switch controls power to the socket; adding a smart plug or smart bulb lets you also operate the lamp by voice or app while keeping the foot switch as a manual override.
