This Baldwin Filters 18104 transmission filter element fits Chrysler automotive vans equipped with the Torque-Flite 30TH A404 front-wheel-drive three-speed transmission. It is designed specifically for units using a two-and-a-quarter-inch deep pan. The filter is supplied with a furnished gasket and pan gasket for a complete seal during installation.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a passive filtration component the filter element generates no heat, produces no noise and draws no electrical power during normal vehicle operation. It functions by removing contaminants from the transmission fluid as it circulates through the system. Performance depends on regular fluid and filter changes following the vehicle manufacturer's service intervals.

Build fit and clearance

The element measures seven-and-three-sixteenths inches in length and six-and-one-sixteenth inches in width with a height of four-two sixty-nine-zero inches.
