Baldwin Filters B255 Spin-On HVAC Control

This Baldwin Filters B255 is a spin-on oil filter designed for HVAC control systems in automotive and industrial applications. It uses a full-flow lube design rated at 18 micron filtration to protect compressors and related equipment. The unit features a transparent housing and includes an integral G401 gasket for sealing. It is intended for technicians maintaining Sullair compressors requiring this specific thread configuration.

Verify 1-12 thread size

Confirm that the existing compressor housing accepts a 1-12 thread size and that the 5-15/32 inch overall length fits within the available clearance. The outside diameter measures 3-11/16 inches, so ensure the mounting location accommodates this width. Check that the full-flow lube specification matches the system requirements for proper lubrication flow. This filter is restricted from sale in certain states, so verify local compliance.

Includes G401 integral gasket for immediate

The bundled G401 integral gasket eliminates the need to source a separate sealing component, reducing assembly time during maintenance. Its transparent housing allows visual inspection of filter condition without removal. The spin-on design enables quick replacement using standard tools during routine service intervals. No additional software or accessories are included with this mechanical filtration component.
