The Baldwin BF7913 is a spin-on fuel filter designed for high-efficiency filtration in automotive and heavy-duty fuel systems. It features a 5 micron rating to capture fine contaminants and protect downstream injection components. The unit includes an integral gasket and integral post seal for reliable sealing upon installation. It uses a 1 1/4 In. -12 thread size for direct mounting.

Replaces standard filters lacking integral sealing

This filter upgrades applications where separate gaskets or post seals are currently used and may leak or be misplaced during service. The integrated sealing design simplifies the change interval and reduces the risk of air ingestion or fuel leaks. The jump is worth it when maintenance speed and seal reliability are priorities for the operator. It fits existing 1 1/4 In. -12 threaded heads without adapter requirements.

5 micron rating handles fine particle loads

The 5 micron media comfortably handles typical diesel and gasoline contaminant profiles including rust, scale, and sediment found in bulk storage tanks. It provides sufficient headroom for extended intervals in clean fuel supply chains. The filter runs out of capacity quickly when fuel is heavily contaminated with asphaltines or bulk water, as the fine media surface area is limited by the spin-on canister dimensions of 11 7/32 in height and 4 21/32 in diameter.
