RGB LED light fixture for indoor use

The Baldwin SSG-700 is a 15.7 in rectangular LED fixture with a black housing designed for indoor spaces. It operates on 110V power and consumes 5 watts while delivering RGB colour output. UL Listed and CSA Certified, it suits home offices, game rooms or accent lighting projects.

Thermals noise and power draw

At 5 watts the unit runs cool and produces no audible fan noise because it has no moving parts. The low power draw allows USB port operation from a computer, laptop or power bank. Steady output is maintained across the dimming range without thermal throttling.

Music sync mode decides fit

A built-in music mode analyses sound to drive dynamic colour changes automatically. If you want lighting that reacts to audio without manual control this fixture matches that need. Buyers who need app-only control or scheduled automation without sound activation should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I stick the 15.7 in light bar to my monitor without it falling off?

Clean the surface, peel the supplied strong tape, press the bar firmly for several seconds; the adhesive holds securely yet removes cleanly without residue.

Will the USB power lead or the remote control need replacing after a year of daily use?

The unit carries a one-year parts and labour warranty; the USB cable and remote are covered parts, so any failure within that period is replaced at no cost.

At what point does the 5 W RGB bar throttle brightness during a long gaming session?

The 5 watt draw stays well within USB power limits, so thermal throttling does not occur; brightness remains constant for the full rated life.
