What this DLC adds to the base game

This Character Pass bundles all three downloadable character packs for ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 on PC. It unlocks nine additional playable characters plus an early access bonus for Charlotte Katakuri. The content is delivered as a Steam code and requires the base game to be owned and installed first. Activation is restricted to specific countries listed in the specifications.

How it fits into your library

The pass plugs directly into the existing Steam installation of the main title, adding new fighters without a separate executable or launcher. No extra storage allocation beyond the base game is mentioned in the requirements. A Steam account and an internet connection are mandatory for redemption and download. The DLC will not function as a standalone product.

Nine characters and one early unlock

The package covers every post-launch character pack released for the 2020 action title, totalling nine new roster slots. Charlotte Katakuri becomes available ahead of the standard schedule as a pass holder benefit. Buyers who only want a subset of the fighters can purchase the three packs individually instead. The pass offers no additional modes, stages or story content beyond the playable roster.
