Platform and audience

SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization Lycoris is a downloadable action adventure RPG for PC, activated through Steam. It is built for players who want to explore the Underworld setting from the anime with Kirito and Eugeo as the central party. The game requires a Windows 10 64 bit operating system and a Steam account for installation. Buyers in blocked regions including Japan, China, Korea and Russia cannot activate this code.

Thermals noise and power

As a software title the product generates no heat, draws no power and produces no acoustic noise of its own. System load depends entirely on the host hardware meeting the minimum specification of an Intel Core i7-4790 processor and 8 GB of RAM. The digital download package adds no moving parts or cooling requirements to the build.

Sustained load behaviour

During extended play sessions the game runs as a standard 64 bit Windows application, placing continuous demand on the CPU, GPU and memory subsystem. Performance stability is determined by the host computer's thermal solution and power delivery rather than by the game code itself. No additional DRM overhead beyond the initial Steam activation affects long term runtime behaviour.

How do I install the game using the online code?

Redeem the code in your Steam client, then download and install the game; the step people miss is ensuring the Steam account region is not in the blocked countries list.

What ongoing maintenance will the downloadable game require?

The game will need future Steam client updates and any patches Bandai Namco releases; no physical media upkeep is involved.

What is the first performance limit I will hit on minimum specs?

With the minimum Intel Core i7-4790 and 8 GB RAM, sustained play will likely be limited by CPU and memory headroom before other factors.
