Digital DLC for PC

This downloadable content pack expands ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN with a Top Gun: Maverick collaboration set. It adds six playable aircraft, including original variants and movie-themed versions, plus nicknames and emblems. The product is a Steam code requiring the base game on PC to function. Activation is restricted in several listed countries and regions.

Sustained campaign integration

The aircraft unlock permanently for use across all compatible game modes once redeemed. Each jet offers distinct special weapon loadouts such as LAAM, SAAM, SFFS or HPAA options. Performance remains consistent with the base simulation's flight model during extended missions. No additional downloads or recurring validation are needed after the initial Steam activation.

Steam redemption and base game dependency

Installation is handled entirely through the Steam client using the supplied code. A 64-bit Windows system and a Steam account are mandatory prerequisites. The most common issue is attempting activation without owning the base game or from a blocked region listed in the specifications. Users must verify regional eligibility before purchase.

Questions about this item

Will running the Top Gun: Maverick DLC all day make my PC louder or hotter than the base game alone?

The DLC adds only aircraft and skins to ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN, so it does not change the engine load or thermal profile beyond what the base game already demands.

What must I already own on Steam before I can activate the 71466 aircraft set code?

You need a Steam account and the base game ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN installed; the product is DLC that requires the base game to play.

Can I fly the F-14A Tomcat and F/A-18E Super Hornet from this set in my existing ACE COMBAT 7 campaign save from 2019?

Yes, the six added aircraft and their skins become selectable in the hangar once the DLC is installed, so they work with any campaign progress you already have.
