Digital aerial combat for PC pilots

ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE is a new downloadable action game published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. and developed by Bandai Namco Aces Inc. It arrives on PC via Steam on 1 October 2026. The code delivers the full campaign and online modes to players who want high-speed dogfights without physical media.

Campaign depth and replayable missions

The single-player campaign strings together high-stakes sorties that reward learning enemy patterns and mastering aircraft handling. Each mission branches with hard choices that affect squad dialogue and subsequent objectives, so repeat playthroughs reveal new scenes. Multiplayer lobbies extend the experience with team-based and free-for-all modes that stay populated after launch.

Steam account required for activation

The product key binds to a single Steam account and cannot be transferred or resold once redeemed. Buyers who prefer DRM-free installers or console versions will not be able to use this code. A stable internet connection is needed for the initial activation and for any online features.

Questions about this item

How much power does the downloadable game draw when the PC runs it all day?

A Steam game code itself draws no power; the wattage depends on the PC hardware you run it on.

What must I already own to activate and play this Steam code?

You need a Steam account, the Steam client installed on a Windows PC, and an internet connection for activation.

Will the included ACE COMBAT ZERO Steam version run on an older Windows 7 machine I still use?

The bonus title is a Steam release; its own system requirements apply, so check that game's store page for Windows 7 support.
