Digital action RPG for PC players

CODE VEIN is a downloadable action role-playing game published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for Windows PC. The Steam code activates on accounts in supported regions and delivers the full 2019 release. Players create a custom Revenant and explore a post-apocalyptic world where blood-fueled Gifts replace lost memories.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a software title the product generates no heat, noise or electrical load of its own. System demand depends entirely on the host computer meeting the listed 64-bit Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 10 requirements and the Intel Core i5-2300 baseline processor specification.

Build quality and day-to-day use

The purchase supplies an online game code rather than physical media, so there is no disc, box or manual to store or damage. Activation requires a Steam account and an internet connection; the supplied region block list means the code cannot be redeemed in numerous countries across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Questions about this item

How do I install CODE VEIN 53334 on PC and what step do people miss?

Redeem the Steam code in the Steam client, then download and install the game; the step often missed is ensuring a Steam account exists and is logged in before activation.

What ongoing maintenance will this downloadable game need?

Steam will automatically deliver game updates and patches; no physical media upkeep is required for this digital licence.

What is the first limit I will hit under sustained play with the minimum CPU?

An Intel Core i5-2300 meets only the minimum requirement, so extended sessions at higher settings will hit processor performance limits first.
