Tactical Boots for Outdoor and Field Use

These black leather and nylon boots are built for adult men who need dependable footwear on rough terrain. The 8-inch shaft delivers firm ankle support while the high-density foam insole cushions each step during long treks. A moisture-wicking lining helps keep feet dry in humid or wet conditions.

Check Fit and Purpose Before Ordering

Verify that a size 12 D width matches your foot measurements, as tactical boots often fit differently from casual shoes. Confirm that an 8-inch shaft height suits your ankle mobility needs and that a rubber Panama sole is appropriate for the surfaces you will encounter. These boots are not insulated, so they are not suited for prolonged sub-zero exposure.

Integration Into Your Gear Setup

The breathable leather and nylon construction pairs well with moisture-wicking socks and lightweight gaiters for extended field use. A durable rubber outsole frees you from carrying separate camp shoes on mixed-terrain trips. The lace-up closure allows quick adjustment when layering socks or adapting to swelling during long marches.

Questions about this item

Do the boots come with extra insoles or laces, or do I need to buy them separately?

The boots ship with the original high-density foam insole and laces already fitted; no extra pairs are included in the box.

Should I choose a different width if I have a wider foot, or is the D width the only option for size 12?

Size 12 is offered in D width only; if you need a wider fit you would have to select a different model.

How does the 8-inch shaft height affect ankle support when I am carrying a heavy pack on uneven ground?

The 8-inch shaft wraps well above the ankle, limiting side-to-side roll and giving a stable platform for heavy loads on rough terrain.
