Flange trap for Schedule 80 pipe
The Banjo AF150 is a raised-face flange trap moulded from black polypropylene. It fits 1-1/2 inch nominal pipe with Female NPT threading and a Schedule 80 wall. The body carries a Class 150 rating and a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi. The overall length is 1 inch.
Chemical and temperature suitability
The polypropylene construction handles continuous service from -20 °F to 150 °F and resists many acids, bases and solvents. It is not intended for steam lines, high-temperature oil or pressures above the rated 150 psi. Installers needing metal flanges or higher pressure classes should select a different product.
Bolt pattern fixes alignment
The flange has four bolt holes on a 3-7/8 inch bolt circle with 5/8 inch hole diameter. This pattern determines whether the trap mates with existing piping or equipment. Verify the bolt circle and hole size before ordering.

Questions about this item
How do I confirm the AF150 flange is sealing correctly after installation?
Pressurise the system up to 150 psi and check all four bolt holes and the female NPT threads for leaks; the raised face should remain tight between -20 °F and 150 °F.
What comes with the AF150 and what must I supply?
The box contains the black polypropylene flange only; you must provide four 5/8 in bolts, matching gaskets and 1-1/2 in Schedule 80 pipe with 11-1/2 NPT threads.
Which pressure class and pipe schedule should I select for a 150 psi system?
Choose the Class 150, Schedule 80 version — it is rated for 150 psi maximum operating pressure and matches Schedule 80 piping.
