1-1/4" Schedule 80 Polypropylene Tee
This Banjo TEE125 tee fitting connects three sections of 1-1/4 inch pipe using female National Pipe Thread connections. The body is moulded from black polypropylene and rated to Schedule 80 wall thickness. It handles a maximum working pressure of 150 psi and operates between -20 and 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The fitting suits fluid-handling systems that require chemical-resistant thermoplastic components.
Suits corrosive fluids at moderate pressure.
Installers handling acids, alkalis or agricultural chemicals at or below 150 psi will find the polypropylene construction compatible. Systems that demand a 300 psi pressure rating or metal-thread durability should select a different fitting. The FNPT ports require male-threaded pipe or adapters for assembly.
FNPT x FNPT x FNPT triple-port configuration
The three female-threaded ports accept 1-1/4 inch male NPT pipe ends or nipples directly. This all-female layout determines whether the tee can join the existing pipe runs without extra couplings. Verify that the mating threads are male NPT before purchasing.

Questions about this item
Will the Schedule 80 polypropylene threads need periodic re-taping or replacement?
The FNPT threads are moulded into the Schedule 80 polypropylene body; inspect them during routine maintenance and re-apply thread sealant only if leaks appear.
What pressure limit is reached first during continuous operation?
The fitting is rated for 150 psi maximum working pressure, which is the governing limit under sustained use.
How much heat can the trap handle when the system runs all day?
The polypropylene material is rated for a continuous temperature range of -20 °F to 150 °F.
