Polypropylene 3-Way Ball Valve
The Banjo V100SL is a 1-inch FNPT polypropylene ball valve with a three-way inline single-union body. It provides full-port flow control for plumbing and fluid-handling systems. The lever handle allows quick manual diversion or shut-off of compatible media.
Upgrade from two-way or reduced-port valves
This valve replaces two-way ball valves when flow diversion between three ports is required. The jump is worth it when a single union connection simplifies maintenance and full-port capacity prevents flow restriction in 100 psi CWP systems.
Verify connection type and temperature limits
Confirm that your piping uses 1-inch FNPT threads and that operating temperatures stay between -20 and 150 degrees F. Check that the media is compatible with polypropylene, PTFE seats and EPDM body seals before installation.

Questions about this item
What thread size and type does each port use?
All three ports are 1-inch female NPT threads, so male NPT fittings or adapters are required for connection.
How is the single-union body assembled and what step is often missed?
The union nut joins the body to the end connector; the EPDM body seal must be seated squarely before tightening, otherwise the joint will leak.
Which seals will need replacement after repeated pressure and temperature cycles?
The PTFE ball seats and the EPDM body seal are the wear items; both should be inspected when the valve is cycled between -20 and 150 degrees F at up to 100 psi.
