Ugoos AM9 PRO Android 14 TV box

The Ugoos AM9 PRO runs Android 14 on an Amlogic S905X5-J quad-core Cortex-A510 processor. It includes 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage for apps and media. The device targets users who want a compact streaming player with current OS support. It is not for buyers who need expandable storage bays or desktop-class connectivity.

Connectivity and daily use

Dual-band WiFi 2 covers 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with a quoted peak of 1201 Mbps, while Bluetooth 5.3 handles peripherals. A Gigabit Ethernet port provides a wired alternative for stable 4K streams. HDMI output and a USB 3.0 port allow direct connection to a display and fast local media playback. Build quality suits a living-room device that stays in one place.

Included accessories and software impact

The box ships with a Bluetooth remote, power adapter, HD cable and English manual so it works out of the box. Android 14 delivers the stock TV interface without a custom launcher, keeping updates straightforward. Hardware decoding covers AV1, H.265 and H.266 up to 4K 120 fps HDR, reducing bandwidth by roughly 20 to 30 percent. No extra software licences or subscription services are bundled.
