Portable Biometric Safe

The BARSKA AX12432 is a steel biometric safe designed for secure storage of valuables in a compact form. Its portable dimensions of 10.5in x 8.5in x 4.5in allow for discreet placement in various locations. The unit features a spring-loaded front door for rapid access after correct PIN entry. A foam-lined interior and removable shelf protect contents and aid organisation.

Electronic Keypad Access

The electronic keypad provides the primary locking mechanism, requiring a user-defined PIN for entry. A temporary lock-out mode activates after repeated incorrect attempts to deter tampering. The spring-loaded door opens immediately upon successful verification. This system balances quick retrieval with a barrier against unauthorised access attempts.

Steel Construction Mounting

Heavy-gauge steel construction forms the body of the safe, offering physical resistance to forced entry. Pre-drilled holes in the base enable permanent mounting to a solid surface for added theft deterrence. The compact footprint ensures it can be secured in drawers, shelves, or vehicles. This fixed installation capability enhances security beyond portable use alone.

Questions about this item

How much interior space does the 10.5×8.5×4.5 in capacity provide for gear?

The interior measures 10.5 by 8.5 by 4.5 inches, giving a compact volume that fits handguns, documents or small electronics with room for the removable shelf.

What does the electronic keypad control and what happens after repeated wrong codes?

The keypad releases the spring-loaded front door on a correct PIN; too many failed attempts trigger a temporary lock-out to deter tampering.

How do the pre-drilled holes let me secure the safe in place?

The holes are on the bottom panel so you can bolt the steel case to a solid floor or shelf for fixed mounting.
