BatteryJack inc. 12 Volt 10 AH SLA Battery F2 .250

SKU CH-BF8V-YJCR2

A 12 volt 10 AH sealed lead-acid battery with AGM technology, F2 .250 terminals and over 90 percent gas recombination for maintenance-free operation

  • 12 V 10 Ah capacity powers UPS and backup units
  • Advanced AGM technology keeps electrolyte absorbed and leak-free
  • Sealed construction allows safe operation in any position
  • Maintenance-free design needs no water or gravity checks
  • Over 90 % gas recombination extends service life

12 V 10 Ah SLA battery for standby power

This 12 V 10 Ah sealed lead-acid battery uses AGM construction to deliver maintenance-free standby power. The F2 .250 terminals fit standard UPS and alarm panels. Sealed design prevents electrolyte leakage in any mounting orientation. It is classified as non-spillable for safe transport.

Sustained float life and gas recombination

The AGM separator absorbs electrolyte to support steady service over a 4–7 year float life. Gas recombination exceeds 90 % during normal operation, reducing internal pressure without venting. No watering or specific-gravity checks are required throughout the service period. Performance remains stable under continuous float charge.

Direct OEM replacement for 10 Ah SLA units

This unit replaces existing 12 V 10 Ah SLA batteries with F2 .250 terminals in UPS, security and emergency-lighting systems. The jump is worthwhile when the original pack no longer holds charge or shows swelling. It is not suited for cyclic deep-discharge applications or starter-motor duties.

Questions about this item

Does the 12 V 10 Ah SLA battery generate noticeable heat or noise during continuous operation?

Sealed lead-acid AGM chemistry runs silently and produces minimal heat under normal float charging; no fan or moving parts are present.

What terminal type must my device accept for this battery to connect directly?

The battery uses F2 .250 faston tabs, so the equipment needs matching .250 inch quick-connect terminals or an adapter harness.

Can this 10 Ah unit replace the original battery in an older UPS that specified a 7 Ah or 9 Ah pack?

Yes, the 12 V 10 Ah case fits the same footprint and the higher capacity simply extends runtime without changing voltage or charging profile.
