High-Rate AGM Battery for UPS Units

This 12 V 5 Ah sealed AGM cell is a direct OEM replacement for the CSB HC1221W. It fits APC Back-UPS Office models such as the BF250, BF350, BF400C and BF500 as well as Belkin Pro and Regulator Pro units. Buyers who need a higher capacity pack will not be served by this single 5 Ah block.

Advanced AGM Technology for Sustained Backup

The absorbed glass mat construction delivers reliable high-rate discharge during extended power interruptions without the voltage sag seen in standard cyclic cells. Maintenance-free sealing eliminates electrolyte checks throughout the 4 to 7 year design life. The recessed terminals measure 5.51 in long by 1.89 in wide by 4.0 in high for a secure fit.

Three-Year Warranty on UPS Applications

A three-year guarantee covers use in UPS and backup devices, while other applications receive a two-year term. This distinction is the single spec that confirms the battery matches the duty cycle of an APC RBC10 or Belkin F6C1221-BAT replacement. Installers requiring a longer warranty period must look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the 12 V 5 AH AGM battery generate noticeable heat or noise during continuous UPS operation?

The sealed AGM design runs silently and produces only minimal warmth under normal load; no active cooling is required.

What existing UPS hardware is needed to install this 5.51 in × 1.89 in × 4.0 in replacement cell?

It fits directly into compatible APC Back-UPS Office and Belkin units that originally used a CSB HC1221W or equivalent 12 V 5 AH pack.

Will the recessed terminals on this pack connect to the wiring harness in my older APC BF350 or Belkin F6C350?

Yes, the recessed terminal layout matches the original CSB HC1221W specification used in those models.
