12V 7.5AH AGM replacement battery

The BatteryJack inc. 12V 7.5AH unit is a sealed AGM battery built as a direct replacement for the GS PORTALAC PX12072 DG12. It arrives ready to install in security systems, emergency lighting, medical mobility devices and similar 12‑volt backup applications. No maintenance is required during its service life.

Replaces the original GS PORTALAC PX12072 DG12

This battery matches the voltage and capacity of the factory unit, so the swap restores the original runtime without wiring changes. The upgrade is worthwhile when the existing pack no longer holds charge or when a fresh 4‑to‑7‑year design life is needed for critical standby power.

Limited to 12‑volt AGM charging profiles

The AGM chemistry demands a voltage‑limited charger calibrated for sealed lead‑acid batteries; using a flooded‑cell or lithium profile will shorten life. Physical dimensions of 5.94 by 2.56 by 3.66 inches and T1/T2 terminals restrict fitment to compartments and connectors designed for this exact footprint.
