Direct 12V 7.5AH replacement

This sealed lead-acid battery uses AGM technology to deliver a 7.5 ampere-hour capacity at 12 volts. It is designed as a 100 percent OEM replacement for existing 7.2AH units in home security panels and alarm systems. The maintenance-free construction means no electrolyte checks or water top-ups are ever required.

Verify voltage and terminal fit

Confirm that the device you are powering specifies a 12 volt input and can accept the physical terminal layout of this battery. The unit is classified as non-spillable for safe transport but must match the original equipment's connector type and polarity orientation. Ensure the charger or control panel is compatible with AGM charge profiles.

Fits security and backup builds

The sealed case allows installation in any orientation without leakage risk, freeing up mounting options inside tight enclosures. Gas recombination handles over 90 percent of generated gas during normal operation, reducing ventilation needs. It serves as a direct power source for alarm panels, UPS units and other backup devices requiring a 12V 7.5AH AGM cell.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and is any cable or harness included?

The box contains the sealed 12 V 7.5 Ah AGM battery only; no cables, harnesses or mounting hardware are supplied.

Should I choose the 7.2 Ah or the 7.5 Ah version for my alarm panel?

This unit is the 7.5 Ah model; it replaces the 7.2 Ah version and fits the same footprint while giving slightly longer run-time.

What does the 90 % gas-recombination figure mean once the battery is installed in my UPS?

Over 90 % of gas generated during normal charging recombines inside the case, so the battery stays maintenance-free and non-spillable in any position.
