  • 100% OEM replacement matches CP1290 6-DW-9 HR9-12 PS-1290F2
  • Maintenance-free design requires no water or specific gravity checks
  • Gas recombination system recovers over 90% of generated gas

Direct Replacement for UPS Units

This 12V 9AH sealed lead-acid battery replaces the CP1290, 6-DW-9, HR9-12 and PS-1290F2 models in compatible UPS systems. It is intended for server administrators and facilities managers who need a drop-in power source for existing backup equipment.

AGM Construction Enables Flexible Mounting

Advanced AGM technology absorbs electrolyte in glass-fibre mats, preventing leakage and allowing operation in any orientation. The sealed, non-spillable design meets IATA requirements for air transport and removes the need for water top-ups or specific-gravity checks during its service life.

Standard Terminals Simplify Installation

The battery uses the industry-standard F2 terminal layout found on the listed reference models, so existing wiring harnesses connect without adapters. A three-year warranty covers UPS and backup-device applications, while other uses carry a two-year term.

Questions about this item

Does the 12 V 9 AH SLA battery use the standard F2 terminal layout found on the CP1290 and PS-1290F2?

Yes, the battery is built as a direct 100 % OEM replacement for the CP1290, 6-DW-9, HR9-12 and PS-1290F2, so it uses the same F2 terminal configuration.

Will this battery fit the existing tray and hold-down brackets in my UPS without modification?

The battery matches the physical footprint of the CP1290 and PS-1290F2 models it replaces, so it drops into the same tray and works with the original brackets.

Is there a specific orientation required when installing this AGM battery, or can it be mounted in any position?

The sealed AGM construction is classified as non-spillable and designed for position-free operation, so you can install it upright, on its side or upside down without leakage risk.
