Reliable power for Motorola radios

This twin-pack supplies two 7.5 V 1800 mAh lithium-ion batteries that fit Motorola CP185, EP350 and CP477 handsets. Each cell is built from high-grade materials and tested for altitude, vibration, shock and thermal cycling so it keeps transmitting when conditions get rough.

Drop-rated construction and capacity guarantee

The ABS and polycarbonate housing survives six drops from six feet on every side without cracking or losing function. The maker guarantees each pack will hold at least 80 percent of its rated capacity for 18 months from the shipping date.

Direct-fit replacement for daily use

Batteries slot straight into the radio battery rail with no adapters or tools required. The rugged shell resists the knocks and moisture common on job sites, boats and security patrols, keeping the handset ready for every shift.

Questions about this item

How long will the 1800mAh Li-ion cells hold at least 80% of their original capacity before needing replacement?

The battery is guaranteed to maintain 80% of its rated 1800mAh capacity for 18 months from the shipment date.

What is the first limit reached when the 7.5V pack powers a CP185 or EP350 continuously?

The 1800mAh capacity determines how long the radio transmits and receives before the pack must be recharged.

Does the ABS and polycarbonate housing or the Li-ion chemistry generate noticeable heat or noise during all-day use?

The sealed Li-ion pack has no moving parts and produces no audible noise; normal operation stays within the thermal limits verified by the supplier's thermal-cycling tests.
