6V 5AH High Rate Battery for Vision CP645

This 6V 5AH high rate battery is built as a direct OEM replacement for the Vision CP645. It uses advanced AGM technology with a sealed, non-spillable construction that allows safe operation in any position. The maintenance free design eliminates the need to check electrolyte levels or add water during its expected 4 to 7 year service life.

Sealed AGM construction simplifies installation

The battery arrives ready to install with no provision for adding water or checking specific gravity. Its gas recombination system controls over 90 percent of gas generated during normal use, reducing the risk of pressure build up. Installers should ensure the unit is secured firmly, as the only common issue arises from loose connections causing intermittent power delivery.

Sustained backup performance with gas recombination

Under continuous load the AGM separators deliver steady service while the recombination system manages internal gas generation without venting. The sealed construction prevents electrolyte leakage during extended discharge cycles. This design supports reliable floating service for the full 4 to 7 year expected lifespan without maintenance intervention.
