6V 5AH UPS Replacement Battery

This 6-volt 5AH sealed lead-acid battery serves as a direct replacement for Hubbell 120255 and Dual-Lite 12-255 units. It uses AGM technology for maintenance-free operation and can be mounted in any position. The expected service life ranges from four to seven years under normal float conditions.

Practical limits of AGM sealed construction

Questions about this item

Is the 6V 5AH battery the only version listed for the Hubbell 120255 or Dual-Lite 12-255?

Yes, the supplier title specifies a single 6 volt 5 amp-hour unit for the Hubbell 0120255 or Dual-Lite 12-255, with no alternative capacities or voltages mentioned.

How does the 5AH capacity translate to actual runtime once the battery is installed in a UPS?

The 5 amp-hour rating indicates the charge the battery can deliver over a set period; real-world runtime depends on the UPS load and the battery’s expected 4-7 year floating service life.

What interface or connection standard does this battery use, and what does it cap in practice?

The battery uses the standard terminal layout required by the Hubbell 120255 and Dual-Lite 12-255, ensuring a direct plug-in fit that caps installation effort to a simple swap.
