Banshee 12V Lithium-Ion Replacement

The Banshee 12V 1500mAh lithium-ion battery replaces the Ridgid AC82008 and 130188001 packs. It fits the same 12-volt tools and chargers that the original equipment uses. A two-year warranty backs the cell assembly and electronics. The pack is sold new and ready for immediate use.

For owners of Ridgid 12-volt tools needing a fresh

This unit suits anyone whose Ridgid 12V battery no longer holds charge or has been lost. It is not for users of 18-volt or other voltage platforms, nor for devices that require a higher amp-hour rating than 1500. Buyers needing multiple packs for crew rotations should order the quantity required separately.

12-volt 1500-mAh lithium-ion chemistry match

The decisive specification is the 12-volt 1500-mAh lithium-ion rating, which must match the tool and charger labels exactly. If the original pack shows a different voltage or chemistry, this battery will not work. Verify the part numbers AC82008 or 130188001 on the old pack before ordering.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 12V 1500mAh version or a higher capacity for my Ridgid AC82008?

The 12V 1500mAh capacity matches the original Ridgid AC82008 and 130188001 specifications, so it fits and runs without modification.

How long will the 1500mAh rating actually run my 12V Ridgid drill?

Runtime depends on the tool load; a 1500mAh pack typically delivers several dozen holes in wood per charge on a 12V drill.

Does the battery use the standard Ridgid 12V slide-on interface?

Yes, it is built to the same slide-on interface as the OEM AC82008 pack, so it locks into existing 12V Ridgid tools and chargers.
