What It Is

The Banshee 12V 7Ah LiFePO4 battery replaces CSB 123607 and 6P1270 SLA units in alarm systems, fish finders, robotics, solar lights and e‑scooters. It weighs 2.09 lbs and measures 5.94 x 2.56 x 3.94 in, so it fits the same footprint while cutting weight to 60 % of lead‑acid equivalents.

Deciding Specification

The lithium iron phosphate chemistry delivers 3000+ cycles at 1C 100 % depth of discharge, roughly five times the cycle life of traditional SLA batteries. That figure alone tells you whether the longer service interval justifies the switch for your application.

Capacity And Headroom

At 12.8 V nominal and 7 Ah the pack stores 89.6 Wh, enough for extended outdoor use or backup duty. You can connect up to four units in series or four in parallel to scale voltage or runtime, but a single pack cannot exceed its 7 Ah rating.

Questions about this item

How long will the 12.8 V 7 Ah rating actually run my fish finder?

The pack stores 89.6 Wh, so divide that by your device's watt draw to get hours; for example a 10 W sonar runs roughly nine hours before recharge.

What does the F2 terminal limit in a series or parallel string?

F2 terminals accept standard quick-disconnect leads and the spec allows up to four units in series or four in parallel without exceeding the connection rating.

Will the 151 × 65 × 100 mm case fit the tray that held my old CSB 123607?

The lithium pack measures 151 mm long, 65 mm wide and 100 mm high, matching the footprint of the CSB 123607 and 6P1270 it replaces.
