Compact LiFePO4 Power for Stairlifts

The Banshee 12V 7Ah lithium iron phosphate battery replaces the original SRE-2000E stairlift pack with a unit that weighs 2.09 lbs and measures 5.94 x 2.56 x 3.94 in. It delivers 89.6 Wh at a nominal 12.8 V and is rated for over 3,000 cycles at 100 % depth of discharge.

Direct Drop-In With Series and Parallel Flexibility

The F2 terminals match the stairlift harness so no rewiring is needed, while the ability to connect up to four packs in series or in parallel lets installers scale voltage or capacity for larger mobility platforms or solar lighting banks.

Lightweight Energy for Daily Cycles

At 7 Ah the pack comfortably powers a stairlift through multiple trips per day and supports fish finders, robotics or alarm systems that demand steady current. It reaches its limit when continuous loads exceed the 1C rating or when a system requires more than four units in series or parallel.

Questions about this item

How many charge cycles can the LiFePO4 chemistry handle before capacity drops?

The Banshee cell is rated for 3000+ cycles at 1C and 100 % depth of discharge, so replacement is years away under normal use.

What limits continuous output before the battery shuts down?

The built-in BMS will trip if current exceeds its design limit; the pack is rated for 7 Ah at 12.8 V nominal.

Does the pack get hot or noisy during all-day discharge?

LiFePO4 chemistry runs cool and silent; at 0.95 kg there are no fans or moving parts to generate heat or noise.
