Charges and maintains 12.8 V LiFePO4 packs from 3 to 30 Ah with 14.6 V 1.5 A output and alligator clips
The BatteryJack Banshee is a fully automatic charger for 12.8 volt lithium iron phosphate batteries between 3 and 30 Ah. It connects with dual alligator clips and suits motorcycles, portable packs and other 12 V LiFePO4 systems with a built-in BMS.
The unit accepts 100 to 240 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz, so it works on mains supplies worldwide without a voltage selector. Output is fixed at 14.6 V DC and 1.5 A; the charger stops at full charge and protects against short circuits and reverse polarity.
Batteries from 3 Ah to 30 Ah charge comfortably within the 1.5 A rate; larger packs will take proportionally longer and very small cells below 3 Ah are outside the design window. The red-to-green indicator shows charge status, and the charger should be disconnected once the green light appears.

The charger supplied here delivers 1.5 A at 14.6 V; the 3 A figure appears in the supplier title only and does not match the actual output specification.
14.6 V is the absorption voltage for a 4-cell LiFePO4 pack; the charger holds this level until the battery reaches full charge, then the indicator turns green.
It allows the unit to run on any mains supply worldwide without a voltage selector, but the output remains limited to 1.5 A at 14.6 V.
