Questions about this item

Does the BR-AGCF2W need a specific holder or connector to fit my PLC?

The cell measures 17.5 mm in diameter and 33.5 mm in height and is a direct replacement for part numbers such as A06B-0177-D106 and A98L-0031-0011, so it fits the existing holder in those PLC models.

Will this 6 V 1200 mAh cell work in an older A06B-6093-K001 controller?

Yes, the supplier lists the BR-AGCF2W as compatible with the A06B-6093-K001 and other A06 series units, providing the same 6 V backup voltage.

How can I verify the battery is holding charge after installation?

Measure the voltage at the terminals; a healthy cell reads about 6 V and the low self-discharge rate means it should maintain that level across the -55 to +85 °C operating range.
