Industrial power cell

This 6 V 1200 mAh cylindrical cell is built for PLCs, CNC controllers and other industrial computers that need a compact backup source. It suits maintenance engineers and OEM integrators who replace original packs in legacy equipment.

Single-pack convenience

The unit ships as a single 13.5 g cell measuring 17.5 mm in diameter and 33.5 mm in height, so it drops straight into existing battery holders without extra wiring or adapters. Its low self-discharge chemistry keeps the charge viable during long storage or infrequent machine use.

Check voltage and dimensions

Verify that your device specifies a 6 V nominal input and can accommodate the stated diameter and height before ordering. The operating window spans -55 °C to 85 °C, so confirm the installation environment stays within that range.

Questions about this item

How often will the 1200mAh pack need replacing in a PLC backup role?

Shelf life is extended by a low self-discharge rate; exact replacement interval depends on load and duty cycle.

What is the first limit reached during continuous high-drain use?

The 1200mAh capacity sets the runtime ceiling before voltage drops below usable level.

How much heat does the 13.5g cell generate when running all day?

Rated for -55 to +85 °C operation, so normal ambient temperatures stay well within its thermal envelope.
