Compatible radio models

This 7.4V 2200mAh lithium-ion battery replaces the original packs for Yaesu Vertex VX-230, VX-231 and VX-231L two-way radios. It is built for operators who need a direct-fit replacement that meets OEM quality standards. The pack uses high-grade cells and is assembled at an ISO9002 certified plant with over 95 years of combined industry experience.

Voltage and capacity limits

The 7.4V nominal voltage and 2200mAh capacity define the energy available for each transmission cycle. Runtime scales directly with these figures, so users needing longer shifts must carry spares. No higher-capacity version is offered in this form factor, and the chemistry cannot be changed without altering the radio's charging circuit.

Replacement part number match

The single specification that decides fit is the OEM part number cross-reference covering VX-230, VX230, VX-231, VX231, VX-231L and VX231L. If the radio uses a different battery code, this pack will not connect or charge correctly. Buyers who need a different voltage, connector layout or form factor must select another product.
