Direct Replacement Battery

The BatteryJack inc. FNB-V113LI is a 7.4V 2600mAh lithium-ion pack built to replace Vertex VX-451, VX-454 and VX-459 two-way radios. It matches the original form factor and voltage so operators can swap cells without tools or programming changes.

Compatible Radio Models

This pack suits fleets standardised on the listed Vertex portables and anyone needing a fresh 7.4V lithium-ion cell for those units. It will not fit radios that require a different voltage, connector layout or battery footprint, so buyers with other models must verify their OEM part number first.

Capacity Decides Talk Time

The single figure that determines whether this is the right part is the 2600mAh rating at 7.4V, which sets the available energy per charge cycle for the supported Vertex radios.

Questions about this item

Which capacity should I choose for my VX-451 — the 2600mAh version or a lower one?

This pack is the 2600mAh Li-Ion model; it replaces OEM part numbers FNB-V112Li and FNB-V113Li and fits the VX-450, VX-451, VX-454 and VX-459 radios.

What does the 7.4V 2600mAh rating deliver in actual use?

The 7.4V nominal voltage and 2600mAh capacity provide the same voltage and a high-capacity runtime for compatible Vertex Standard Horizon radios.

What connector or interface does this battery use and what does it limit?

It uses the original equipment battery interface for the listed Vertex models, so the physical and electrical connection matches the radio’s charging and discharge circuitry.
