Questions about this item

How often will the coiled cable or PTT switch need replacement with daily mobile use?

The microphone is tested to survive six drops from six feet on all six sides, indicating robust cable and switch construction for extended mobile operation.

What is the first limitation encountered during continuous transmit cycles?

Continuous transmit time is limited by the connected radio's duty cycle and battery capacity, not by the speaker microphone itself.

Does the speaker get hot or the cable stiff during all-day use in a vehicle?

The design uses strong, flexible cables and a streamlined body intended for comfortable long-term holding without heat or stiffness issues.
