Replacement 12V 7Ah SLA Battery F1

This sealed lead-acid battery is a direct OEM replacement for NP7-12 applications. It uses AGM technology for maintenance-free operation and safe use in any position. The unit suits UPS, backup, and power-tool accessory roles where a 12 V 7 Ah pack is specified. Its non-spillable design meets IATA transport requirements.

Upgrade from worn or leaking SLA packs

Replace the battery when runtime drops, the case bulges, or the original pack reaches the end of its 4-7 year expected life. The jump is worth it if the existing unit can no longer hold a full charge or shows electrolyte loss. A fresh pack restores full backup capacity and the 90% gas recombination efficiency.

Fits standard F1 terminal slots

The F1 terminals connect directly to the wiring harness used by NP7-12 devices without adapters. Sealed construction frees the builder from orientation constraints and eliminates the need for water checks or specific-gravity readings. It slots into the same footprint as the original battery.

Questions about this item

Does the F1 terminal match the original NP7-12 connector?

Yes, the F1 terminal is the standard faston tab used on the NP7-12 so it connects directly without adapters.

Can the battery be installed on its side without leaking?

The sealed AGM construction is classified as non-spillable and operates safely in any position, so side mounting is fine.

When should the battery be replaced under normal UPS use?

The expected service life is 4-7 years; plan replacement within that window for reliable backup runtime.
