Replacement Battery for Kenwood Radios

This 7.4 V lithium-ion pack replaces Kenwood KNB-24L and KNB-35L batteries. It fits portable radios including the TK-2140, TK-3140, TK-2173 and TK-3173 series. The 1.8 Ah capacity suits professional users who need reliable talk time during shifts.

Upgrade from worn original packs

Swap this in when an original Kenwood KNB-24, KNB-35 or KNB-55L no longer holds charge through a full duty cycle. The jump is worth it if your current pack drops voltage early or shows physical damage from drops. It also covers older KNB-57L part numbers used in NX-220 and NX-320 units.

Simple snap-in installation

The pack clicks into the radio battery rail exactly like the OEM unit; no tools or soldering are required. What usually goes wrong is forcing the latch when the pack is slightly misaligned, which can crack the housing. Ensure the contacts sit flush before locking it down.
