Replacement Battery for Streamlight Stinger LED HL

This 6V 1600mAh NiCd stick battery replaces the original power cell in Streamlight Super Stinger and Ultra Stinger models. It is built to match OEM specifications and carries a one-year limited warranty. The pack suits professionals who need a direct drop-in replacement for their existing flashlight.

Sustained Output from NiCd Chemistry

The nickel-cadmium chemistry delivers a steady 6V across the discharge cycle without the voltage sag common in short bursts. At 1600mAh capacity it supports extended run times during continuous use. The cell construction is rated for repeated recharge cycles in demanding duty environments.

Simple Stick Installation with Length Check

The 8.45-inch by 0.91-inch stick slides into the flashlight battery compartment without tools or soldering. Verify the overall length against the original pack before fitting, as the 218.19mm dimension must match the housing. Polarity markings on the wrapper prevent reverse insertion errors.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 6 V 1600 mAh NiCd stick produce during extended use?

The NiCd chemistry runs warm under continuous load but contains no active cooling; allow airflow around the 218.19 mm cell body during long runs.

Which charger do I need to recharge this 6 V NiCd pack?

Use the charger supplied with your Streamlight Stinger LED HL, Super Stinger or Ultra Stinger; the pack charges in the light’s own cradle.

Will this 8.45 inch replacement fit the same compartment as my original Ultra Stinger battery?

Yes — the 22.22 mm diameter and 218.19 mm length match the OEM stick so it slides into the existing Ultra Stinger housing.
