Intrinsically Safe Green Headlamp

The Bayco XPP-5450G is a polymer-bodied headlamp rated for intrinsically safe use in hazardous locations. It operates on three included AAA alkaline batteries mounted at the front of the unit. The green housing provides high visibility while the fixed-focus spot beam delivers a maximum output of 90 lumens.

For Hazardous-Area Workers Needing Hands-Free Light

This headlamp suits professionals who require a safety-certified, lightweight option for close-range tasks in explosive atmospheres. The multi-angle head adjustment allows precise beam positioning. Buyers needing a rechargeable system, a secondary flood light, or higher lumen output for long-distance spotting should consider other models.

90 Lumen Spot Beam With 13 Hour Runtime

At maximum brightness the spot beam reaches 80 metres and runs for 13 hours on the supplied alkalines. Three output modes offer flexibility to extend battery life when full power is not required. The 3.5 ounce weight keeps neck strain low during extended shifts, though the fixed focus limits beam shaping for varying distances.
