Wheat straw plate set

This eight-piece set provides 8.9 inch round plates made from food-grade PP, wheatgrass fiber and starch. The material is BPA-free, non-toxic and recyclable, making it suitable for health-conscious adults and children. Each plate weighs very little yet resists breakage better than ceramic or glass alternatives.

Dishwasher and microwave care

Plates are safe for both dishwasher and microwave use, so cleaning and reheating are straightforward. Deep compartments with smooth edges stop sauces from spilling and keep foods separated during transport. Stacking the set saves cupboard space, though the multicolour finish may show surface scratches over time.

Portion-control limits

The fixed three-compartment layout divides the plate into 50% vitamins, 25% grains and 25% protein zones, which suits balanced meals but cannot be adjusted for larger appetites or single-dish servings. Diameter of 8.9 in and height of .78 in restrict the total volume per section. Buyers who want flexible plating or oven-safe dishes should consider other options.
