Redwood Mantel Clock with Chimes

The Bedford Clock Collection BED1430RW is a mantel and tabletop clock finished in a rich Redwood oak tone. It features a bright dial with Roman numerals for clear readability. This piece is designed for display on a fireplace mantel or desk surface. It operates using a maintenance-free precision quartz movement.

Four Chime Settings and Volume Control

This clock suits buyers wanting a traditional chiming clock with adjustable audio. It offers four selectable chime settings and a volume control for customisation. It is not for buyers who want a silent sweep movement without audible chimes. It is also not for those needing a weight-driven mechanical movement. Power comes from three standard AA batteries which are not included.

Sustained Quartz Timekeeping

Under continuous operation the quartz movement delivers steady timekeeping without winding. The battery-powered chime mechanism runs reliably alongside the time function. There is no mains power connection to maintain during extended use. Battery life will vary depending on the brand used and chime volume selected.
