Portable dock for Switch and Steam Deck
This Belkin docking station enables TV output for Nintendo Switch 1, Switch OLED, Switch 2 and Steam Deck. It also works with ROG Ally, Legion Go, recent iPad and Mac models and Samsung DeX. The compact adapter connects via USB-C and requires an external power supply for each console.
HDMI 2.0 port and USB-A 3.0 expansion
The HDMI 2.0 output delivers 4K at 60 Hz for Switch 2 and Steam Deck while the original Switch is limited to 1080p at 60 Hz. A single USB-A 3.0 port adds support for wired controllers, dance pads, GameCube adapters or other USB accessories during docked play.
Power requirement decides compatibility
Switch 1 needs a 15 V 2.6 A charger, while Switch 2 and Steam Deck require a 20 V 3 A PD source. Without the correct adapter the dock will not activate TV mode, so buyers must match the power supply to their specific console.

Questions about this item
Will the USB-A 3.0 port wear out if I keep a wired controller plugged in all day?
The single USB-A 3.0 port is rated for standard insertion cycles; with a controller left connected there is no repeated mating wear, so replacement is unlikely during normal use.
What stops me from running 4K60 Hz on a Nintendo Switch 2 for hours on end?
The dock needs a 20 V 3 A PD charger and an HDMI 2.0 cable; if either supply drops below that power level the 4K60 Hz signal will fall back to a lower mode.
Does the adapter get hot or noisy when powering a Steam Deck at 4K60 Hz all day?
The unit has no fan and draws power only from the connected 20 V PD charger, so it runs silently and stays at a low temperature during continuous 4K60 Hz output.
