8-in-1 USB-C Docking Stand

The Belkin M57 combines an adjustable laptop stand with an eight-port hub for professionals who want a tidy desk and single-cable connectivity. It delivers 4K HDMI output, 5 Gbps USB-A and USB-C data ports, SD and TF card slots, and 100 W Power Delivery pass-through in a compact black chassis.

Sustained 4K and data throughput

The HDMI port runs at 3840x2160 resolution and 30 Hz refresh rate for stable extended or mirrored displays during long sessions. USB 3.0 ports maintain 5 Gbps transfer speeds while card readers reach 25 MB/s, and the dock reserves 15 W for peripherals so an 85 W laptop charge holds steady under continuous load.

Check your USB-C capabilities first

Your laptop's USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Thunderbolt for video and full bandwidth. The dock supplies up to 85 W to the host, so verify your device accepts that level via USB-C PD. Only one high-power external drive is supported at a time.

Questions about this item

How warm or loud does the M57 stand get when it runs all day with 85 W charging and 5 Gbps data?

The M57 has no fan; heat comes from the 85 W power delivery and 5 Gbps ports, so the aluminium body becomes warm but stays silent during continuous use.

What must my laptop already have for the M57 to deliver 4K 30 Hz video and 100 W power?

The host needs a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery 3.0, plus USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Thunderbolt capability.

Will the M57 work with an older laptop that only has USB 3.0 Type-A and HDMI?

No — the dock connects through a single USB-C cable that must carry video, data and power, so legacy USB-A or separate HDMI ports cannot drive it.
